After a minor sell off / weak market action in the morning session, traders awaited the 1 PM CST FOMC minutes. Afterwich the markets took off higher, breaking out of it's daily range, with the SPY closing at all time highs. Taking a look at VTrend, we see we are again at the close in the green cycle.
